Loom Talent have partnered with a leading 3PL business, to support their search for a Warehouse General Manager. This role involves operating one of their key sites in the UK. This company is highly recognisable, innovative, and rapidly growing, attracting various blue-chip clients.

Key Responsibilities;
• Report to the Regional General Manager.
• Manage a team of 200+ operatives through 4 direct reports.
• Have full site P&L responsibility (circa. £10M)
• Manage multiple customer relationships.
• Oversee inbound, pick, and outbound operations.
• Control the operating budget for headcount.
• Be responsible for inventory management through your teams.
• Ensure full site Health & Safety control.
• Be accountable for people development and performance management within the operation.
• Be commutable to Wigan.
