With an annual turnover of in the region of £30m, the company based in Surrey are a long-established and highly respected M&E Building Services contractor who provide a full range of Mechanical and Electrical services from design through to installation to various sectors including Commercial, Industrial, Retail and Office Fit Out projects, with project values ranging from £250k up to £3m, and as a result of growth an excellent opportunity has arisen for an Electrical Project Manager to join the team.

Key Responsibilities
• Ensure all operational activities are delivered to the agreed time and within budget
• Manage and support the site team(s)
• Conduct regular site inspections, ensuring quality of the works, adequate progress and sufficient resources are available to maintain contract programmes
