We are looking to recruit a project coordinator who is fluent in French language with excellent command of English and Arabic, and is willing to travel to Africa when needed. The Project Coordinator plays a key role in assisting in the planning, execution, and monitoring of projects with African Clients. The Project Coordinator's main role is to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet the desired objectives.

Responsibilities
• Assist in project planning and work with project managers to create plans, including defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables. Help in developing project timelines and identifying resource requirements.
• Coordinate project activities and facilitate communication and collaboration among project team members. Schedule and organize project meetings, prepare agendas, and take meeting minutes. Track project progress and ensure that tasks are completed on time.
