Job Purpose:

The client due diligence (“CDD”) officer will assist the KPMG CDD Team in order to effectively complete all of the necessary tasks to onboard new clients and review existing clients in line with Jersey, Guernsey, and Isle of Man regulatory requirements and KPMG’s own internal global policies and procedures.

Accountabilities:
• Analyse and evaluate client profile questionnaires to assess client risk ratings for Anti-Money Laundering, Countering the Finance of Terrorism and Proliferation Financing (“AML/CFT/CPF”) purposes.
• Ensure CDD held for new and existing clients meets regulatory requirements.
• Advise engagement teams in relation to CDD requirements.
• Ensure the CDD provided by engagement teams meets regulatory requirements and is filed appropriately.
• Ensure the CDD database is accurately updated with relevant and key details.
