Are you a Behaviour mentor seeking a new, exciting opportunity? Empowering learning are working with a mainstream Secondary school in Sutton Coldfield who are recruiting for a passionate Behaviour mentor to join them in September on a full-time basis.

This role is starting in September and will be for the full academic year with the potential to go permanent.

Responsibilities as a behaviour mentor

Work with the Class Teacher to ensure a safe positive learning environment for pupils.

Support 1 to 1 or in small groups with students with SEN to support them in developing positive behaviour strategies.

Implement behaviour management plans tailored to the individual needs of each pupil.

Be the approachable and understanding support for pupil, providing support and guidance to help them regulate their emotions and behaviour.

Work with teachers, parents, and other professionals to create a supportive environment for students.
