General Haulage Class 1 Driver

Due to a fantastic period of growth Allelys are recruiting an experienced General Haulage Class 1 Driver with a “can do attitude” to join our growing team.

This is an exciting opportunity for the right candidate to take a step up in their career and join our General Haulage division, transporting abnormal and in gauge loads.

Allelys are one of the largest and most successful Abnormal load Transport and Heavy Lift companies in the UK. We move anything from bridge sections to tanks, and everything in between.

As a General Haulage Class 1 Driver, you will be responsible for:
• Transporting a diverse range of loads across the UK including abnormal loads.
• Operating a wide range of trailer types.
• Securing loads using straps and chains.
• Working on a tramping basis including some weekends.

You will have the following experience:
• Class 1 driving experience – 3 years minimum.
• HGV C+E licence.
• CPC and Tachograph card.
