HR Assistant (Stockton-On-Tees)

£25,000 per annum

6 Month Fixed Term Contract

Purpose of Role:

Reporting to the Employee Services Manager, this role will focus on compliance of transactional activity with HRSS ensuring an accurate, efficient and consistent administrative function.

This role will ensure all integrity with the system data and being flexible and adaptable to all elements of the employee lifecycle. It will involve mainly administration activities and include interacting with external stakeholders.

This role is very fast paced, working within strict SLA agreed timeframes.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities:

● Effective Management & work allocation from the HR Shared Services mailbox, ensuring a prompt and accurate response is provided within 3 working days

● Taking instructions from Team Leaders where needed on activities which require support
