At Woodland Crematorium, we pride ourselves on our customer service which is at the heart of everything we do.

We are looking for a highly motivated individual to join the team at Woodlands Crematorium, able to deliver an efficient, dignified & caring bereavement service.

You will be expected to show compassion and empathy in your approach to your work and will be required to deliver the highest quality professional, efficient, and customer focused service.

You will need a customer focused and non-judgmental approach with excellent communication, organisation and IT skills. Empathy, sensitivity, tact and diplomacy, to manage difficult situations is vital, along with a mature attitude. The role will also see the management of cremated remains.

The successful applicant is expected to achieve the Institute of Cemetery and Crematorium Management, Crematorium Technicians Training Scheme qualification, within 6 months of their appointment.
