We currently have an opportunity to join East Suffolk Council's Housing Investment Team as a Leasehold and Service Charge Officer.

Your role:

The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for leaseholders, taking ownership for the performance of leasehold services income, leasehold property management, and to investigate and respond to complex queries regarding annual service charges and major works.

What you will need:
