We are recruiting for an exciting opportunity for a Project Manager within the HVAC industry. The primary responsibility for this role will be to manage on average between 3-5 projects to end to end including planning, management, coordinator and financial control. The ideal candidate will have plumbing experience.

Key Responsibilities For a Project Manager
• Support sales team during pre-contract phase giving technical support / advise
• Full ownership of projects
• Plan and source labour, materials, equipment etc.
• Manage costs
• Source contractors and subcontractors
• Produce and manage risk assessments
• Ensure everything is compliant with quality standards
• Update systems with all relevant information
• Costing additional works and recording extras
