Role Overview:

As a Building Surveyor, you will:
• Work within the building surveying team to deliver refurbishment, internal remodeling, repair works, extensions, and fit-out projects.
• Prepare designs, drawings, specifications, and tender documents to obtain competitive costs from contractors.
• Manage contract administration to ensure the successful delivery of construction projects.
• Liaise with clients, contractors, and project delivery team members to manage projects from inception to completion.
• Lead internal and external project meetings.
