Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Optical Consultant at Boots Opticians franchise located in Chesham.

As an Optical Consultant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and assisting customers with frame selection, lens options and general customer care. .

You will also help to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow in the store, manage inventory, and contribute to maintaining a clean and organized environment.

Qualifications
• Minimum 12 months full time prior experience in an optical based position.
• Strong knowledge of eyewear products and lens options
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with optical equipment and tools
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
