PURPOSE -

The Customer Service Representative will have passion for providing exceptional customer support and a keen interest in safety products. This role involves handling customer inquiries, processing orders, and providing product information to ensure a positive customer experience

Principal Accountabilities -
• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat. Provide accurate information about our products, services, and order statuses.
• Process customer orders efficiently and accurately using our order management system.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of our glove and safety construction product lines. Assist customers in selecting the right products for their needs.
• Address and resolve customer complaints and issues.
• Assist the sales team with customer inquiries, order placements, and product information.
