HITE Services has opened a new office in Timmins and requires additional staff to help support our growing business. We are currently looking to hire a Service Clerk to assist our Service Coordinator with the day to day tasks of supporting our 5 Field Technicians who perform inspections and repairs on industrial Overhead Cranes, Doors and Lifting Devices as well as on Mobile Cranes & Misc. Construction Equipment.

General Tasks:
• Answer phones & emails.
• Review inspection and service reports to identify requirements
• Source and quote parts to customers / Process customer purchase orders
• Enter / Order / Receive parts in ERP system
• Manage inventory / prepare parts for techs
• Cover for coordinator when away from the office
• Source and quote customers on rigging products

Skills desired:
• Some planning experience in dealing with the mining industry would be a definite asset.
• Knowledge of Industrial equipment (lifting & rigging) would be beneficial but not necessary.
