The Plant Manager will develop, oversee and execute the operations strategy to meet business requirements and drive reduction in cost of goods sold (COGS).
• Direct the work of the plant operations leadership.
• Analyze operations requirements and work cross-functionally within operations (internal manufacturing, external manufacturing, supply chain, procurement) as well as with functions outside of operations (business, Quality , R&D, legal).
