NEW HIRE SIGN ON BONUS ELIGIBLE! - $10,000 # POSITION SUMMARY: This position reports directly to the Clinical Coordinator and/or Director of the Child and Adolescent Ambulatory Services.# Provides direct and indirect clinical services to children and/or adolescents in need of mental health care and is responsible for the provision of age-appropriate care. Core skills include crisis assessment, intake assessment, individual therapy, group therapy, family therapy, treatment planning, case management, team/community collaboration, patient/family education, and triage/discharge planning. This position also interfaces with managed care for the purpose of obtaining authorization for treatment. As skill set permits, may provide flexible coverage to another service within Behavioral Health on a short-term basis.
