I- JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented UX Researcher to join our design team. As a UX Researcher, you will be responsible for understanding our users' needs, behaviors, and motivations through various research methodologies.

Your insights will drive product design decisions and ensure our solutions are user-friendly and aligned with user expectations. You will be working on variable products that support our Game Studio in serving their users, including Game Shop, Reward Program, and Customer Support.

Key Responsibilities
• Conduct user research using a variety of qualitative and quantitative methods (e.g., usability testing, interviews, surveys, contextual inquiries)
• Analyze and synthesize research findings to generate actionable insights
• Collaborate with designers, product managers, data analysts, and engineers to incorporate user feedback into product development
