JOB TITLE: Community Development Advisor

LOCATION: Salisbury Wiltshire (Hybrid working considered)

HOURS: 28hrs Part-Time. Flexible working hours available.

SALARY: £24,657 Pro Rata

BENEFITS: 28 days annual holiday (including Bank Holidays)

Job Purpose

A dual role to:
• To provide practical support to voluntary and community groups, to help them develop their organisations to run as effectively and sustainably as possible.
• To support the development and running of a Volunteer Hub for Wiltshire under our remit as a Council for Services.
