Hours of work: 37 Hours per week

Contract Type: Permanent

Salary: Grade 7, starting at £29,269 per annum

To lead and support on the Aquatics programme for the leisure facilities, ensuring that we deliver a consistent and good quality front line service to all Brio Leisure customers. Advising Facility Managers on industry initiatives and product development, monitoring, and reporting on aquatics performance, and to drive income generation across all aquatics products and services to meet and/or exceed revenue goals.

To be the lead for one of the below specialisms, attending relevant industry webinars and developing specific frameworks which will be adhered to throughout the company to provide good practice and consistency.
