Position: Purchase Ledger / Administrative Assistant

We are looking to recruit a hardworking and enthusiastic team member who wants to join our fast paced and friendly working environment. This is a full-time role based
at our Morecambe branch:

Key Areas of the Role:

Reporting to the branch manager, the successful applicant will provide support to our busy accounts department. The main duties will include processing supplier invoices, contacting suppliers to request relevant information, liaising internally with our Purchasing, Goods-In and Sales teams, and general administration within the branch such as daily cash sales reconciliation and checking weekly clocking in reports.

Experience & Skills:
• Team Player
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to organise and manage workload to meet designated timescales.
• Professional and reliable

Previous experience would be helpful, but training will be given to the successful candidate.
