As our Chief Technology Officer, you will be responsible for the technical operations of our force and lead the department to new and innovative solutions.

Leicestershire Police are looking for a Chief Technology Officer to join the organisation to influence the strategic direction, implementation and operation of all IT services and systems.

You’ll provide senior oversight, developing and implementing policies and leading the team to new capabilities and change. Using innovation and foresight to improve processes, and your expertise to ensure the whole IT department meets the needs of the entire force.

Key Responsibilities
• You’ll influence the strategic direction, implementation, and management of the IT department
• Maintain oversight of the whole IT portfolio, including systems, services, infrastructure, and projects
• Lead collaboration with regional and neighbouring police forces, developing shared services to improve the efficiency
