Job Introduction

We’re looking for a passionate and dedicated Band 6 Nurse to join our friendly and welcoming Community Nursing team based in Gravesend, North Kent to help us to continue to change things for the better.

Gravesham Community Hospital is located a short distance from St Georges Shopping Centre and is surrounded by well-known food establishments and local coffee shops.

We’ll provide you with access to a committed Learning and Development team, and we work closely with Universities and Health Education England to further your potential and support your progression. We will offer a combination of in house eLearning, workshops and courses to support your development to ensure you meet the correct competencies to become an effective co-worker within the team of the ward environment.
