A leading manufacturer are seeking the right individual to join their team as a Production Team Leader. This is an exciting opportunity as it will be a crucial role within the business overseeing personnel, procedures and processes. The successful candidate will need to ensuring production targets and deliverables are met whilst managing performance throughputs within a diversely disciplined team.

Shift rotation
• Week 1 Shifts: Monday - Friday, 5:30am - 1:30pm
• Week 2 Shifts: Monday - Thursday, 1pm - 9:30pm. Friday 12:30pm - 6pm.

Production Team Leader

Ideal candidate background
• Demonstrable experience in team supervisory or people management.
• Previous experience or understanding of KPI development and implementation
• Previous experience with OTD / OTIF
• Able to work closely with other department managers
