Responsibilities
• Follow up on overdue accounts, negotiate payment conditions and methods using critical thinking.
• Check discrepancies, track payments and release pending files.
• Provide assistance in recording receipts in the system.
• Keep a detailed record of collection activities.
• Generate reports detailing the status of customer accounts.
• Participate in the creation of innovative solutions to optimize the efficiency of the department.
• Supervise and assist with credit reviews.
• Take charge and update the compliance portion (insurance certificates and portals)
