Job description

The Gardener Landscape Maintenance, is looking for a Horticulture/Maintenance Account Manager to join our passionate and steadfast team. As a full-time, year-round member of The Gardener operations, he/she will be responsible for maintaining and optimizing existing clientele and developing new customer relationships for softscape projects and landscape maintenance services. They will have a role in the horticulture division quality control and daily field managerial functions amongst our maintenance department.

The right candidate for the job possesses strong organizational and communication abilities, ability to adapt with ease, a clean and professional presentation, a friendly demeanor and the drive to push the status quo in order to achieve high results for him/herself and for the company. In-depth and advanced horticulture knowledge and best-practices is an absolute must for this position.
