Duties And Responsibilities

The Staffing Clerk will coordinate overall scheduling and staffing of staff, including RN's, RPN's, Clerks and PSWs. Other responsibilities include: maintaining seniority lists, call-in sheets, and overtime sheets printing reports, preparing payroll sign-off; populating maintaining electronic scheduling; populating and maintaining data; communicating with the appropriate Patient Care Managers regarding staffing issues or concerns; entering bi-weekly payroll, ensuring accurate coding; answering the telephone, directing and taking accurate messages and forwarding them to the appropriate personnel; and performing a wide range of clerical duties necessary for the efficient functioning of the...
