Position Summary

The Administrative Assistant will support Directors and Managers in the Patient Care, Laboratory, and Diagnostic Services Portfolios. The successful candidate will support patient focused care through the coordination of administrative functions. Ensures the delivery of seamless customer service both within and external to the programs and is a key contact and resource person for information of a highly sensitive and confidential nature. The role requires considerable multi-tasking and creative problem-solving skills.

Education And Experience
• Two year Community College diploma in Office Administration (medical preferred) or equivalent combination of education may be considered
• Successful completion of a Medical Terminology course, or demonstrated relevant, recent experience
