Reports to: Senior Controller

Our client is one of the leading agro-processing companies in Ghana and Africa.

Scope

The Cost Controller will be primarily responsible for preparing the cost and financial annual budget, cost reconciliations, managing stock levels, and planning cost optimization workshops.

Key Responsibilities
• Monitor all stock flows, including controlling internal inter-organizational systems.
• Oversee the internal movement of stock to external shops and warehouses in Kumasi and Takoradi.
• Control and monitor job orders, ensuring that PLC reports match the ERP data.
• Exercise full control over the daily consumption of packaging materials and labels, and conduct weekly stock takes.
• Maintain an overview of stock on hand in both internal and external warehouses, and reconcile the quantities in the ERP system with on-site stock weekly.
