As a member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our mobile network and driving the development of innovative and sustainable solutions to ensure an effective and efficient incident resolution process.
• Analyze data and existing processes to identify new solution approaches
• Optimize and automate the incident resolution process for greater efficiency
• Develop and implement innovative solutions to enhance the customer experience

Your profile
• Degree (Uni/UAS) in Computer Science or relevant field
• Strong experience in Python, MS SQL and Gitlab
• Familiarity with AI theory and basics; knowledge of mobile telecommunications is advantageous
• Very good German and/or English
