Job Description:
Assist guests entering the NBT Bank Stadium parking lots for Syracuse Mets home games & extra events Direct guests to best available parking spaces to help maintain a well-parked lot Keep flow of traffic moving consistently & fill parking lot in most efficient way Parking Greeters are expected to stay for the duration of the game & upon exit, assist guests leaving by directing cars to exits & keep flow of traffic moving to maintain safety Must be able to stand for long periods of time Provide excellent customer service to guests at NBT Bank StadiumAnswer questions to the best of your ability or help find the answer Provide directions to different locations around NBT Bank Stadium Provide assistance for any other need that may arise Assist in all other duties as needed
• Parking Greeters are part of the Local 200 union at NBT Bank Stadium – all parking greeters will have union dues deducted from their paycheck ($3/day).
