As an IT and talent recruiter, you will be the driving force behind recruiting new colleagues. You will play a leading and proactive role in shaping and promoting the employer value proposition (EVP). Your responsibilities will include acquiring talent by finding new colleagues, particularly Microsoft .NET IT professionals, supporting and advising hiring managers, managing the entire application process, and keeping both candidates and internal stakeholders up to date. You will ensure transparent communication and a seamless candidate experience. You will contribute to positioning us as an attractive employer through websites, campus recruitment, and campaigns.

Requirements
• At least 3 years of proven experience as an IT Recruiter
• Fluency in Dutch and English
• A strong network of IT candidates and a genuine passion for IT, especially in recruiting Microsoft .NET... More Detail
