For an International Biopharmaceutical company based in Como and Liguria, Norconsulting Group is looking for a Maintenance Manager

???? Location: Como OR Liguria (offices in both locations)

???? Employee permanent contract (directly with end-client)

???? Salary: 50.000-70.000€/year (negotiable, depending on experience).

Purpose of the Role: Manage and coordinate maintenance activities in compliance with company procedures regarding safety, environment, and quality.

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Manage, plan, and supervise routine and extraordinary maintenance activities performed by internal personnel and/or external service companies, handling work permits according to company procedures.
• Ensure the proper execution of the calibration plan, respecting established times and frequencies.
