Job Descriptions:
• Handle estate area activities to be align and comply to the Standard Operation Procedure
• Monitor the maintenance of public area and social facilities, incl. but not limited to garden, club house, playground, project environment, water channels, etc
• Maintain a good relationships with cleaning, security, and other vendors
• Maintain a good relationships with resident, government officials, and others
• Handle resident management fee, incl. but not limited to collection time, resident management budget and report

Job Qualification:
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Finance, or Urban and Planning
• 3+ years' of experience working in Property Management is preferred
• Proficient with Microsoft Teams, Microsoft office suite
• Quickly adapt to learn the organization
