I'm currently looking for a Neighbourhood Service Co-ordinator to join one of the largest Housing Associations in South Wales, on a 6 month FTC with the possibility to go permeant after.

Neighbourhood Service Co-ordinator responsibilities:

To assist the Neighbourhood Services Manager in the operational delivery and continuous improvement of Neighbourhood Services Team

You will assume direct line management responsibility for a team of regional Neighbourhood Managers, Community Safety Officers and administrators
Deliver high standard to customer service recognising the diverse needs
Control workload and duties to relevant tenants and dealing with anti-social behaviour
