Role:

We are seeking our FIRST Legal Counsel who will be involved in all things legal within Dexory. This will be a mostly remote position with occasional onsite visits to our site in Wallingford, UK. You will be a SOLE player to start with, having a great opportunity to review and set the right principles and processes around a range of issues, essential for the sustainable growth of the company. You must be comfortable to deal with the uncomfortable, think on your feet and also cover the ground work as necessary.

The role requires a strategic thinker with excellent judgement, and a thorough understanding of commercial law with strong experience in commercial contract management and negotiations. You will be managing external legal resources as well as engaging with customers, suppliers, investors, and ensuring the company's compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
