At Teaching Personnel, we work closely with multiple Primary schools in Rustington and surrounding areas of West Sussex, who have seen a demand for Teaching Assistants, due to an increase of emotional and social need. As a Teaching Assistant, you will be required to deliver support for the Teacher as well as the pupils, helping them develop their academic progress, as well as help their confidence and social ability. If you have experience within schools or within the care sector, and looking for a role in September, we would love to hear from you.
