Term-time plus 2 weeks

37 hours per week

Due to the retirement of our current PA, The Hart School is seeking to appoint an organised, proactive and self-motivated PA to provide confidential clerical and administrative support to the Principal. As well as diary management, the co-ordination of meeting papers and note taking, this role includes organising school events and liaison with parents, governors and a range of external agencies. With proven experience at this level in an organisation, your ICT and literacy skills will be first-rate.

Often setting the first impression of the academy and Principal, you will have excellent inter-personal skills and be able to build working relationships with key stakeholders at all levels.
