Main duties of the position

The main areas of responsibility in this dynamic role are: -

·The highest standard of customer liaison and management, in the commercial context. ·Communicating customer requirements into the Company, to achieve service objectives. ·Providing the highest standard of back-office support to the Sales team

·Regulatory compliance.

·Related financial tasks.

·Providing the same service and standards to all Kirintec Limited subsidiary companies.

This is a hands-on role.

Reporting Line

This role reports to the Sales Director

Key Responsibilities
• Manage the quotation process by supporting Sales in the preparation of quotations and following up on their outcomes.
• Commercial oversight of quotations and accurate conversion of quotes to orders.
• Commercial oversight of Agency Agreements and Non Disclosure Agreements, and support change negotiations with customers
• Undertaking the detail of sales orders: - entry and processing.
