We are seeking a skilled Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support and ensuring efficient office operations.
Responsibilities:
- Computerise data and maintain electronic records
- Perform clerical tasks such as filing, photocopying, and scanning
- Type and proofread documents
- Conduct data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Utilise MS office for various office functions
- Demonstrate professional phone etiquette when handling calls
- Maintain organisational systems within the office
- Assist with administrative duties as needed
- Proficiency in QuickBooks for financial record keeping
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in an administrative role
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite in particular Excel a
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
