I am currently recruiting for a Complex Works Manager to manage a Repairs works in progress project of Circa 1000 jobs along with delivering a kitchen programme on a Social Housing Scheme.

Requirements

SMSTS
Asbestos duty to manage or minimum asbestos awareness.
Good excel and Microsoft project or equivalent skills.
Impact Response repairs system knowledge
CSCS
