Assistant Manager

We are seeking a dynamic Assistant Manager to join our team at our fun cocktail bar, The ideal candidate will have leadership skills and a background in service and bartending.

Responsibilities:

- Dealing with inquiries , taking bookings and deposits
- Oversee daily operations in the absence of the Manager
- Ensure compliance with food safety standards and regulations
- Supervise staff members to maintain high-quality service
- Provide leadership and guidance to team members
- Support the Manager in inventory management and ordering supplies
- Assist in training new employees on company policies and procedures

Experience:
- Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry
- Strong supervisory and leadership abilities
- Knowledge of bartending practices is advantageous

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: £11.50-£14.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 35 per week
