Regional Managing Director Europe

We are looking to recruit a Regional Managing Director to oversee Nord Anglia’s schools and operations in Europe.

Starting in September 2024, the Regional MD will take overall responsibility for the operational and strategic responsibilities for Nord Anglia’s 18 schools in Europe, driving our students’, teachers’, and school communities’ continued successes.

As the Regional MD, you will be working closely with the schools’ Principals and regional team members to ensure the delivery of key performance objectives and milestones, including the quality of education and growth in student numbers, student wellbeing, and health and safety standards. The Regional MD is expected to deliver exceptional people management, operational efficiency, financial management, and the enhancement of the organisation’s reputation.

You will report to the Chief Operating Officer and will be a part of Nord Anglia’s Executive Committee, helping to shape the organisation’s strategy.
