Position: Steamfitter – must be licensed

Location: Port Hope, ON

Shift: Continental Shift

Duration: Full Time Permanent, pension, benefits, overtime, etc.

Position Overview

The licensed Steamfitter will be responsible for layout, assembly, fabrication, maintenance and repairs of process piping/plumbing, structural steel, in a 24/7 processing facility. Ideal industries include mining, steel, chemical, pulp and paper, etc.

Job Summary & Qualifications
• Licensed Steamfitter with necessary trade related tools
• Achieve NFPA 600 Firefighting Certification
• Achieve NFPA 472 Operations and Technicians Certification
• Physically capable of performing assigned duties.
• Able to work independently and unsupervised at times as well as with a team
• Clear background check
• Heavy Industrial/Chemical experience an asset More Detail
