Job Title: Property Manager

Job Location : London City Centre - Ontario

Salary: $90000-$95000 per year

Synopsis

As the Property Manager of our London City Centre as well as holdings in surrounding towns the portfolio you will have the responsibility of overseeing the operations and leasing of 240,000SF. In this role you will manage capital projects and be the main point of contact for all tenant inquiries and requests. You will work alongside the leadership team to create and implement innovative procedures to improve quality of service for tenants.

Tasks And Responsibilities
• Accomplish financial objectives by collecting rents, paying bills, forecasting requirements, preparing an annual budget, scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances, and initiating corrective action.
