The Accounts Payable & Travel Assistant is a dual role who is responsible for assisting the Account Payable Officer on the coordination of accounts payable transactions, performing accounting, travel coordination for YFN Managers and Director, and clerical tasks related. Duties must be in accordance with the terms and conditions of the employment contract and Yekooche First Nation policies to ensure accuracy and efficiency.

Duties and Responsibilities
• Coordinate all travel arrangements for YFN employees, including booking flights, arranging hotel accommodations, and managing backup arrangements.
• Ensure seamless travel experiences by proactively addressing potential issues and maintaining comprehensive travel records.
• Collaborate with managers to schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and other events.
