As a Head of Academy Services (d/f/m) at Ottobock you will manage our Academy Services & Online Learning team at 3 locations. The team operates globally and the topics are wide-ranging - the areas of activity include marketing, training coordination, online learning, learning experience platforms, demo user management and training management.

The position is available immediately in Duderstadt, Berlin or Vienna.

Duties & Responsibilities
• You will be a strategic and operational leader and manage the Global Academy as part of the leadership team and are jointly responsible for the strategic direction
• You will continuously develop the Academy Services & Online Learning division in line with the strategic goals of the sales organisation and the Global Academy
• You will build a sustainable learning infrastructure for around 20,000 customers worldwide with the aim of providing all learners with low-threshold access to global training programs
