An MNC Medical Healthcare Facility is currently looking out for a Sr Finance Executive to join their workforce and team here in Subang Jaya. They are located at a 5 minutes walking distance from Subang Jaya LRT (Kelana Line). Chinese-speaking preferred.

This role would report to the Finance Manager.

Responsibilities:
• Oversee the month-end account closing and prepare reports for two hospitals.
• Perform monthly tasks such as preparing journal vouchers, updating audit schedules, posting and updating fixed assets in the system, reconciling bank statements, processing credit cards, updating tax schedules, and reconciling balance sheet items. Ensure accurate data entry in the new accounting system.
• Assist with annual external and internal audits.
• Prepare the annual budget.
• Undertake any additional duties and ad-hoc assignments as required.

Requirements:
• Must be able to converse in Chinese (Mandarin/Hokkien/Cantonese)
