Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role as an Account Manager at Medit Essential Lab located in Kulai. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing client accounts, building and maintaining relationships with customers, identifying sales opportunities, and providing excellent customer service. Additionally, the Account Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and achieve sales targets.

Qualifications
• Prior experience as an Account Manager or in a similar role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
