As a Head Chef / Manager , you will oversee kitchen operations, ensuring top-quality dishes and adherence to hygiene standards.

Responsibilities:

Manage inventory, ordering, and supply chain.
Coordinate resources and manage P&L targets.
Develop culinary event timetable using seasonal, local produce
Plan innovative menus for drawing room, restaurant, conferences, private dining.
Proactively plan menu changes with culinary teams.
Educate operational teams on revenue-maximising menus.
Provide exceptional guest experiences for memorable stays.
