We have an excellent opportunity to join our growing customer service contact centre operation based in the Peterlee area as a Customer Service Advisor.

This role is perfect for those with no previous contact centre or customer service experience as fully paid training and ongoing personal development is given.

In the role, you will receive incoming calls from customers with the aim of giving excellent customer service at all times.

What you get:
• Full-time, permanent position
• £11.70 per hour
• Monday to Friday 9am-5pm - no weekends
